What is a Senior AXP?

Senior AXPs, or Senior Architectural Experience Program candidates, are individuals who are in the advanced stages of the Architectural Experience Program (AXP), typically having completed most of the required training hours and responsibilities under the supervision of a licensed architect. They often take on more complex tasks, coordinate project teams, and help mentor junior staff. Senior AXPs are usually preparing to take the Architect Registration Examination (ARE) and are close to becoming licensed architects themselves.
