Job Description:
Senior Associate, Builder AXP
As a Senior Associate, Builder AXP, you will play a hands on role in translating strategy into real time customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer. This role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
You will support the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch by building and optimizing Next Best Action journeys that align to member needs and deliver measurable business outcomes. After launch, you will monitor performance, gather insights, and continuously refine journeys to ensure ongoing effectiveness across customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, test, deploy, and optimize personalized journeys and campaigns within Adobe Journey Optimizer based on business requirements and Next Best Action strategy
  • Partner with analytics teams to build, refine, and validate audience segments within Adobe Experience Platform using real time behavioral and profile data
  • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, data science, and channel teams to activate journey logic and improve targeting effectiveness
  • Perform end to end quality assurance across journeys including triggers, events, wait steps, and personalization rules
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot execution issues, and partner with analytics to enhance journey outcomes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for AJO and AEP capabilities and support team enablement
  • Contribute to platform governance, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a marketing campaign delivery environment
  • 3 or more years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution
  • 2 or more years of hands on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, decisioning, and personalization strategies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
  • Experience working in agile or cross functional environments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Adobe certifications in Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Experience with Adobe Real Time CDP, XDM schemas, or event tagging
  • Background supporting regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services
  • Familiarity with JSON, event payloads, or API driven personalization
  • Experience with responsive email design and accessibility standards
  • Understanding of Next Best Action frameworks and personalization strategies
