What is a Safe SPC?

SAFe SPCs, or SAFe Program Consultants, are professionals certified to implement and train others in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). An SPC acts as a change agent, helping organizations adopt agile practices at scale by teaching, mentoring, and coaching teams and leaders. They are authorized to deliver official SAFe training and play a key role in launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitating SAFe events, and guiding the enterprise through its agile transformation. Becoming an SPC requires completing the official training and passing the certification exam.
