SPCs also collaborate closely with executives, managers, and Agile teams to tailor SAFe practices to the organization's unique needs, ensuring a smooth and sustainable transformation.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a SAFe SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), and why are they important?

To thrive as a SAFe SPC, you need deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, Lean principles, and the Scaled Agile Framework, along with a SAFe Program Consultant certification. Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira, Rally, and SAFe-specific systems is typical for this role. Exceptional facilitation, leadership, and change management skills help SPCs guide teams and stakeholders through complex transformations.
