A Restaurant Tech, or restaurant technology specialist, is a professional responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the technological systems used in restaurants. This includes point-of-sale (POS) systems, kitchen display systems, online ordering platforms, payment processing equipment, and sometimes networking and security devices. They ensure these technologies run smoothly to support efficient restaurant operations and enhance the customer experience.
