What is the Palace Acquire Program?

The Palace Acquire (PAQ) Program is a federal government initiative designed to recruit and train recent college graduates for civilian careers with the U.S. Air Force. The program offers participants structured training, mentorship, and career development within various fields, such as logistics, engineering, and finance. Over a two- to three-year period, trainees work full-time while completing a formal training plan, with competitive salary and benefits. Upon successful completion, participants are eligible for permanent placement within the Air Force Civilian Service.
