What is a land development EIT?

A Land Development EIT (Engineer-in-Training) is an entry-level civil engineer who assists in the planning, design, and permitting of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects. EITs typically work under the supervision of licensed professional engineers, helping with site layout, grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
