What is the ISAP program?

The ISAP program, or Intensive Supervision Appearance Program, is a U.S. government initiative managed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to monitor certain non-citizens while their immigration cases are pending. Participants may be required to check in regularly with case managers, wear GPS ankle monitors, or use telephonic reporting systems.
