How to become an administrator?

Career: Administrator

To become an administrator, you need at least a high school diploma or GED certificate. Many employers require an associate or even bachelor’s degree if they need someone to fill a more specialized administrative role. Outside of formal education, you can increase your desirability to employers by gaining skills in business correspondence, note-taking, bookkeeping, data management, and various other computer skills. Adult education and online courses are a great way to learn these skills without committing to a college degree. If employers need you to fulfill a specific role, they usually provide on-the-job training.
