How to become a training officer?

There is no single route to becoming a training officer. Most employers prefer candidates have at least a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a field related to their industry. Prior experience teaching or training others will set you ahead of other candidates, as will strong communication and organizational skills. To prepare for a role as a training officer, you should volunteer for positions and responsibilities in which you both give and receive training.
