How to become a training instructor?

The primary qualifications for this position are a background in coaching or teaching and a thorough knowledge of the subject. Education on the topic is far less important than experience and the ability to learn the best practices. To succeed in this position, you need to work as part of a team, sustain enthusiasm in your students, put the needs of your students first, and operate independently. In some positions, you may need to travel so you can teach classes in different locations. Excellent organizational, administrative, and planning skills are also helpful. This position is mostly independent, but you need to report to a supervisor and adjust your lessons based on their feedback.
