How to become a scout?

Career: Scout

The career path to becoming a Scout may not have explicit education requirements. However, many companies require Scouts to hold at least a high school diploma or GED, and most employers require candidates to hold a bachelor's degree in communications or another related field. Scouts with previous experience in the industry as a performer or athlete tend to have success in a Scout role, as they know what it takes to perform, as well as what a role is demanding to be successful. You may be able to receive on-the-job training depending on where you work, but it's not always a guarantee.
