To get a job as a retail key holder, you generally do not need formal educational qualifications. This career requires a mix of retail and management experience, as you usually have other responsibilities outside of opening and closing the store. Although job duties vary, you can benefit from having customer service experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mathematical skills, and experience with inventory management and light cleaning duties.
