How to become a priest?

Career: Priest

The qualifications for becoming a priest vary widely, depending on your faith. Catholic priests must be men, unmarried, and celibate. Anglican priests can be men or women and are allowed to marry. Orthodox priests may be celibate or married, but they are not allowed to remarry. Many priests begin their career by volunteering or involving themselves in their local church. You may get a bachelor’s degree before going on to seminary or theological institutions where you study to become ordained.
