How to be a good priest?

You must be an excellent listener and be able to keep congregants’ personal issues to yourself in order to preserve their privacy. Experience in a wide range of life situations, which you have to minister on, such as marriage, death, and crises of faith, as well as empathy, patience, and the desire to foster people’s spiritual growth are all essential qualities of a good priest.
