How to become a patent attorney?

To become a patent attorney, you must first complete your high school education. You then must complete a bachelor’s degree. You can then take the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) and apply to law school for your graduate degree; some programs specialize in patent law. Finally, you must take the bar exam while in law school or shortly after, and you must pass the state bar exam before you can practice law in your state.
