How to become a librarian assistant?

To become a librarian assistant, you do not need any specific qualifications. Although most employers prefer a high school diploma or GED certificate, sometimes students are given the position as well. In this job, you need excellent interpersonal, customer service, and active listening skills. You must also be able to understand the basics of the literature within the library.
