How to become a learning coach?

The qualifications needed for a career as a learning coach vary depending on your employer. Some employers only require that you are a certified teaching assistant, while others may prefer that you are a fully certified teacher. Since a learning coach is assisting with an online instructional school, you need experience with online-based learning tools and excellent computer skills, be detail-oriented, and able to help students manage their learning time on a daily basis. A successful learning coach also needs to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
