How to become a gift wrapper?

Career: Gift Wrapper

A gift wrapper uses wrapping paper, ribbons, or other decorations to decorate a present on behalf of a customer. There are no educational qualifications for this role, and most of the necessary skills can be learned through on-the-job training. Fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of a gift wrapper requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to modify wrapping techniques as needed to fill the requests of a customer. Experience is not necessary to get this job, but a previous post in a gift wrapping position can help you stand out from other applicants. Most gift wrapper jobs are available in retail environments during the holiday sales season, but some stores offer these services year-round.
