How to become a flexo operator?

Training and skill are the primary qualifications for a flexo operator. There are no formal education requirements for this position, though most have at least a high school diploma or GED certificate. Some choose to pursue an associate degree to learn how to use industry-related equipment. Employers usually consider this an entry-level position and provide extensive on-the-job training to teach you how to operate a flexographic printing press. Additional qualifications include excellent communication and basic math skills, attention to detail, mechanical ability, and the physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
