A job as a flexo operator requires you have several qualifications and skills, such as a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and an understanding of multi-color printing processes. You may gain experience with flexo printing at a vocational school or through related experience with graphic arts and design. Many employers require you have several years of experience at a press before you begin a career as an operator.
