Job description

We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a flexographic printing press, producing high-quality labels. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. 
Responsibilities: 
 • Set up, operate, and maintain a flexographic printing press 
 • Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure accurate color and registration
 • Follow job specifications to produce high-quality labels, packaging, and other printed materials
 • Monitor production and adjust production speed as needed
 • Maintain a clean and safe work environment 
Requirements:
 • High school diploma or equivalent
 • At least 1-3 years of experience operating a flexographic printing press
 • Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, inks and specifications
 • Ability to read and interpret job specifications
 • Strong problem-solving skills
 • Excellent attention to detail
 • Good communication and interpersonal skills
