Job description


Talento Search Group has an opening for a Flexographic Press Operator (multicolor printing press) in Fort Wayne, IN. Prefer someone with Wide Web CI printing experience. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $24-$34 per hour,depending on experience. This is a Night shift position. Relocation assistance considered.



Duties & Responsibilities:


Run and setup presses; change gears as needed

Mount plates and cylinders for production runs

Make sure product runs meet quality standards

Wrap and change rolls on the press

Troubleshoot, clean and maintain equipment

Climb ladders to wash the press drum area


Experience Needed:


Must have flexographic press experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must pass color blindness test

Good communication skills

Ability to perform shop math
