Our heart beats for talents - be one of them. To strengthen our motivated Flexographic Printing Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly skilled Flexo Press Operator. Your Role You will follow all plant safety standards including the use of PPE, proper ergonomics, and participation in plant safety programs.

You will support our team by monitoring print quality throughout the production process, checking for color consistency, and overall integrity. You are ambitious about flexographic printing presses, and posses a high level of ability to adjust ink, pressure, and speed settings to achieve the highest standards and optimal output. You will contribute by performing routine maintenance on the printing press, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting for wear and tear.

You are committed to providing a high level of expert knowledge on all matters related to flexographic printing. Your Profile You have a High School Diploma or equivalent; and specific technical training related to Flexographic printing. You have already gained 3-5 years of experience within Flexo printing, or similar equipment.
