How to become a filling operator?

You need a high school diploma or GED certificate to become a filing operator. You also need basic math skills and reading comprehension. Since this is an entry-level position, you should receive additional training on the job. You must learn and remember the materials used for packaging and the operation procedures for the machines you use in the industry. Computer skills and mechanical aptitude are also essential. Other qualifications include excellent physical stamina, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and an understanding of the manufacturing process and plant operations.
