How to become a cosmetic manager?

The qualifications needed for a career as a cosmetic manager include a high school diploma or GED certificate. However, some larger cosmetic brands require you to have some technical training in cosmetology, makeup, or similar trade fields. Additionally, you need several years of experience in retail or cosmetology. Employers may also require management experience of some form. You need to be capable at setting and meeting sales targets, supervising staff, and coaching them on excellent customer service skills.
