How to become a chief learning officer?
Career: Chief Learning Officer
Aspiring Chief Learning Officers (CLOs) need to have an MBA or another advanced degree. Though this is a relatively new corporate position, there are now post-graduate programs that train executives to become CLOs. Most CLOs have a lengthy background in corporate management. Some have experience as directors of Human Resources before becoming CLO; others transition from Chief Executive Officer or Chief Information Officer positions to the job of CLO.
