How to be a good classroom assistant?
Career: Classroom Assistant
Classroom assistants need the same set of skills as a lead teacher. You must be patient while also inspiring good behavior in the classroom. Because you work closely with the lead teacher, you should have (or develop) the same set of teaching skills and an understanding of the structure of the daily lessons. A majority of classroom assistants continue their education with the eventual goal of becoming lead teachers themselves.
