How do you become a geophysicist?

To become a geophysicist, you must begin with a strong science background in high school and pursue a bachelor’s degree in geophysics, geology, physics, or another relevant field. You can then pursue a graduate degree, but this is not required for all positions. Internships, summer learning programs, and entry-level positions are great ways to build your skillset and gain experience in the field of geophysics. You can then pursue more advanced positions, teach, or conduct independent research.
