What is an HHC RN?

HHC RNs, or Home Health Care Registered Nurses, are licensed nursing professionals who provide medical care to patients in their homes. They assess patient health, administer medications, manage wound care, and educate patients and families about treatment plans. HHC RNs work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care in a comfortable, familiar setting. This role is essential for patients who are homebound or require ongoing medical attention outside of a hospital or clinic.
