What is a full time trainee?

Full Time Trainees are individuals who are employed by a company for a set period to learn about the organization and develop their skills, usually as part of a structured training program. These positions are often entry-level and designed for recent graduates or those new to the industry. Trainees work full-time hours, receive on-the-job training, and may rotate between departments to gain broad experience. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees may be offered permanent positions within the company.
