Finance Rotation Analysts are early-career professionals who participate in structured rotational programs within financial departments of organizations. These programs typically last one to two years and offer analysts the opportunity to work in various finance functions, such as corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and internal audit. The goal is to provide broad exposure to different aspects of finance, help analysts develop a diverse skill set, and identify their interests for future specialization.
