What is an entry level ICU RN?

Entry Level ICU RNs are registered nurses who are new to working in the intensive care unit (ICU) setting, often having recently graduated from nursing school or transitioned from another nursing specialty. They are responsible for providing critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions under the supervision of experienced ICU nurses and physicians.
