What is Duke TIP?

Duke TIP, or the Duke University Talent Identification Program, was an academic program that identified and supported gifted students, primarily in grades 4 through 12. It offered above-grade-level testing, educational resources, and enrichment opportunities to help high-achieving students reach their full potential. In 2020, Duke TIP's traditional programming was discontinued, but Duke University continues to provide talent development resources and summer programs for academically gifted youth.
