We are seeking an experienced Senior Expo to join our high-energy restaurant team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality and guest experiences.

As a Senior Expo, you will play a key leadership role during service-managing ticket flow, ensuring plate accuracy and presentation, and acting as a vital connection between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. This position is expected to work most, if not all, peak volume shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Expedite food orders with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail

  • Ensure all plates meet presentation and quality standards before leaving the kitchen

  • Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH teams during service

  • Manage order flow and pacing during high-volume shifts

  • Package takeout and delivery orders accurately

  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

  • Stock and organize expo station before, during, and after shifts

  • Support and mentor other expo team members as needed

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of restaurant experience, high-volume environment preferred

  • Strong multitasking and communication skills

  • Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused under pressure

  • Passion for hospitality and teamwork
