Current RNs, or Registered Nurses, are licensed healthcare professionals who provide patient care, educate patients and the public about health conditions, and offer emotional support to patients and their families. They work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and schools. RNs are responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. To become an RN, one must complete an accredited nursing program and pass the NCLEX-RN exam.
