What is a chaplain manager?

Chaplain Managers are professionals who oversee chaplaincy services within organizations such as hospitals, the military, correctional facilities, or educational institutions. They are responsible for managing chaplain staff, developing spiritual care programs, and ensuring that the spiritual and emotional needs of individuals are met.
