What does a behavior therapist RBT do?

A Behavior Therapist RBT, or Registered Behavior Technician, works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals, often children with autism or other developmental disorders. Their responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and teaching new skills to help clients improve communication, social, and daily living abilities.
