Behavior Therapist (RBT) Position Summary:

We are looking for compassionate, driven individuals to become Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior intervention plans and support clients in learning important life skills. These services will be delivered across a variety of settings, such as home, school, and community environments. Behavior Technicians are integral in delivering proven interventions, tracking progress, and helping clients reach their full potential.

Behavior Therapist (RBT) Responsibilities:

• Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA to meet client needs.
