What does a behavior analyst do?

A behavior analyst assesses and modifies behavior using principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). They develop and implement intervention plans, collect data to track progress, and work with clients to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills, often working in clinical or educational settings. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is typically required.
