What is an autism tech?

An Autism Tech, often known as an Autism Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), is a professional who works directly with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. They implement behavior intervention plans and therapy activities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
