What is an Amazon Independent Driver?

Amazon Independent Drivers, often called Amazon Flex drivers, are self-employed individuals who use their own vehicles to deliver packages on behalf of Amazon. They pick up packages from Amazon delivery stations and deliver them directly to customers’ doors, following routes provided by the Amazon Flex app. Drivers can choose their own schedules and work as much or as little as they want, making it a flexible gig opportunity. Payment is typically made per delivery block, and all expenses like fuel and vehicle maintenance are the responsibility of the driver.
