    Team Lead - YMCA 

    Location: GTA (Brampton, Mississauga, Downtown Toronto, North York, Vaughan)

    Schedule: Thursday-Sunday, September 30th-October 18th, 2026

    Salary: $24/hr

    About the role

    As a Team Lead, you'll be the driving force behind a team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they're equipped, supported, and inspired to help grow visibility and engagement for the YMCA.

    Compensation Package: $24/ hr

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and support a team of Brand Ambassadors representing the YMCA around the GTA
    • Help build awareness and excitement around the YMCA initiatives
    • Engage with community members to share information about the YMCA
    • Event setup and teardown
    • Ensure smooth event operations
    • Prompt communication of needs and updates to Account Executive
    • Daily reporting and timekeeping
