    Job Title: Procurement Coordinator
    Location: Peoria, IL
    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Salary Range: $42,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
    About the Role
    IT360, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT equipment, software, and services. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure the best value for the company.
    • Procurement Process: Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to purchase order creation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Proposal Management: Create, send, and receive proposals from vendors and suppliers, ensuring all proposals meet company standards and requirements.
    • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track orders, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
    • Cost Control: Monitor and analyze procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
    • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns.
    • Product Check-In: Check in products upon receiving them, ensuring that all items are accounted for and meet quality standards.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the IT support team to understand their needs and ensure the timely availability of required equipment and services.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance to management.

    Qualifications
    • Associates in Business Administration or relevant field.
    • Proven experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role.
    • Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Hands-on experience with purchasing software and quoting software.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds

    Compensation & Benefits
    Salary: $42,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
