Job description

Are you a seasoned low-voltage or fire alarm professional ready to leverage your industry expertise in a leadership role? We're looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial installation projects across healthcare, education, municipal, and corporate environments.

In this role, you'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate labor and schedules, oversee system installations and commissioning, ensure quality standards are met, and serve as a key leader within a collaborative operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives on problem-solving, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys guiding projects from start to finish.

You'll work with a wide range of life-safety and communication technologies, including fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, public address, nurse call, emergency communication, and other low-voltage systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in fire alarm, life-safety, or low-voltage systems
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction projects and technical documentation
  • Experience managing multiple projects and labor schedules simultaneously
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
  • Experience with project financial reporting and KPI tracking
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, and related technologies
  • Fire Alarm License (FAL)
  • Fire Alarm Planning Superintendent License (APS)
  • NICET Certification(s)
  • Texas Online Private Security (TOPS) License

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
