    • Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives in partnership with legal, finance, network engineering, and construction teams to support new data center programs and technology transitions
    • Define and implement long-term commodity strategies that align supplier capacity commitments with Meta's multi-year infrastructure investment plans

    • Experience analyzing supply market dynamics, cost structures, and total cost of ownership to drive sourcing decisions and present recommendations to leadership

    • Familiarity with optical networking technologies including coherent optics, CWDM/DWDM, and high-density fiber interconnect systems
    • Experience managing global supplier relationships across Asia-Pacific manufacturing regions for connectivity or networking hardware
    • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
    • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
    • Experience supporting hyperscale or cloud data center infrastructure programs with direct exposure to network connectivity bill of materials
