    2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part‑time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists! Pay: $23 per hour + Seasonal Completion Bonus* Schedule: 20 hours - Friday to Sunday Hours: Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm Dates: Now - 1/3/27 Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas. *Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

    About the Role

    Are you outgoing? Do you enjoy showing off new tech? As a Meta Sales Specialist, you will work within your local big‑box retailer, demonstrating and promoting Meta products to consumers while creating excitement around the brand. In this role, you will build strong relationships with retail associates, create engaging customer experiences, and train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features. All product and technology training is provided.

    • Bring Meta technology to life through hands‑on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred
    • Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
    • Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale
    • Customer‑first experience mindset
    • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
    • Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts.
    • Smartphone required: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer
    • Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally, and perform continuous hand‑eye coordination and fine manipulation.
