Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Description:
  • Oversee and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Review architectural drawings and provide guidance on design and construction issues
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or obstacles
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to achieve project goals

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management within the architecture industry
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
