Omnisend is looking for a high-performing Agency Partner Development Manager to help scale our global ecosystem of marketing agencies.

This role will focus on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier agencies into the Omnisend Partner Program. You will play a critical role in expanding our partner ecosystem and driving new merchant acquisition through agency relationships. This is a high-impact role — the agencies you bring on board become a direct growth engine for Omnisend, driving new merchant acquisition across our platform.

You’ll work closely with our partnerships, marketing, and sales teams to build a strong pipeline of agency partners and help them successfully adopt Omnisend.

What You’ll Do:

Recruit new agency partners:

  • Identify and prospect high potential marketing agencies globally; this is a hunter, not farmer role 

  • Build relationships with agency founders, marketing leaders, and consultants

  • Drive agency partner acquisition through consultative outreach and relationship-building

  • Pitch the value of the Omnisend Partner Program

  • Convert qualified agencies into program partners

Manage the agency recruitment pipeline:

  • Maintain partner pipeline and outreach activity in HubSpot

  • Track agency recruitment metrics and report on progress

  • Continuously refine partner qualification criteria

  • Communicate internally to all stakeholders

Drive partner onboarding:

  • Guide new agencies through the Omnisend partner onboarding process

  • Introduce partners to enablement resources and tools

  • Coordinate handoff to to Agency Onboarding or Partner Engagement Manager

What We’re Looking For:
  • 1-3+ years experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or channel sales roles

  • Experience working with agencies, SaaS platforms, or the ecommerce ecosystem

  • Strong outbound prospecting skills

  • Ability to build relationships with agency founders and leaders

  • Experience managing pipelines and hitting growth targets

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self-aware 

  • Self-starter and are relentless but professional 

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience recruiting partners into SaaS ecosystems

  • Agency experience 

  • Knowledge of email/SMS marketing

  • Existing agency network
