About the Roleย
We areย seekingย a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team. This role serves as a key support function in the recruitment and expansion efforts ofย SERHANT.,ย ensuring a seamless process for attracting and onboarding top-tier real estate professionals. ย
As a Strategic Growth Partner, you will be the first point of contact for prospective agents, responsible for initiating outreach, scheduling recruitment meetings, handling administrative tasks, and driving engagement with potential candidates. You will work closely with Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to ensure the success of our expansion strategy, playing a critical role in the company's continued growth.ย
Responsibilitiesย
- Lead Engagement & Outreach:ย
- Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.ย
- Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.ย
- Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets to develop a robust talent pipeline.ย
- Articulate SERHANT.'s value proposition and effectively handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities.ย
- Scheduling & Coordination:ย
- Schedule recruitment pitches forย Strategic Growth Managersย in current markets.ย
- Coordinate meetings for theย VP of Growthย in expansion markets.ย
- Manage follow-ups and touchpoints with candidates to keep them engaged in the recruitment process.ย
- Administrative & CRM Management:ย
- Serve as the first point of contact for all recruitment leads sent from our CEO.ย
- Maintain and update records of all recruitment activities in our CRM.ย
- Assistย in managing administrative tasks within the Growth department as needed.ย
- Collaboration & Strategy:ย
- Work closely withย Strategic Growth Managersย andย Team Leadersย to develop and refine prospecting strategies.ย
- Drive active engagement with new and existing leads through creative and strategic follow-up communications.ย
- Support the department in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.ย

Qualificationsย
- Previousย experience in aย sales, recruiting, or business development roleย
- Real estate experience preferred.ย
- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.ย
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.ย
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.ย
- Proficiencyย in Microsoft Office and Outlook.ย
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.ย

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $75,000.00 USD.
Your Location
This position hybrid for candidates based in EST time zone must be able to commute to NYC. The role may include occasional work at a SERHANT. office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States.
